Free parking will be provided for patients in Tower City’s main lot. Patients should enter the lot from either Canal Rd. or West 6th and follow the signs for the RTA Walkway to the Quicken Loans Arena. Handicapped parking will be available at the Hard Rock Cafe Valet on West Huron. Vouchers for parking will be received once you arrive at the Vision Clinic. MedWorks volunteers will be stationed throughout the walkway to point you in the right direction.

Since we did not take any appointments for this clinic, we are unable to accurately predict what time you should arrive the day of the clinic. We have heard that some people plan to start lining up as early as 6 a.m., but the doors will not open until 8 a.m. The parking garage at Tower City will also be open at 6 a.m.
I hv never attended a clinic and want to know when I should start to head towards the Q. Will I need to start in the early am? (1am?) Or should it just be a couple hours before the doors open? Thank You
Since we did not take appointments for this Mass Vision Clinic and it is first come first served, we unfortunately can not predetermine the number of people who will attend. We are prepared to see 100 patients an hour and do anticipate up to 800 attendees so I would allow yourself a minimum of two hours.

I attempted to attend ur eye clinic this morning to find out that you were no longer distributing tickets to the clinic. Its 10:00 am, my daughter had a well child care appoint this morning we arrive at gund arena at 9:45 and are not able to attend. Will you be planning another event soon? My daughter failed her eye exam with glass on. We were really excited to hear about the event to end up disappointed 8-6 pm and turned away so early.
